Who's SGDesigns?
When I started my first job as a computer engineer ten years ago, I bought my first Disney figurine: the Grand Jester of Belle. It was of a wonderful quality that has sadly disappeared over the years... but then I discovered the WDCC collection.
WDCC pieces are, until now, the most detailed and inspiring figures made by Disney. Produced from 1992 to 2012, they proposed more than 1,000 pieces.
Inspired by Lori Bossert's work, I started my first base for Grandmother Willow by following her tutorial. The result was encouraging but far from perfect. Since that time I have been working hard learning new techniques and which materials are best to create my own bases for WDCC pieces.
